our privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of Homework Online's services, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. Homework Online does not share any information with 3rd party sources. We do not sell email addresses or any personal information gathered by our servers. All information gathered at the time of sign-up and subsequent changes to this data is kept in the strict confidence of Homework Online and used for internal purposes only.

4. Opt-Out Policy
Users can choose whether or not to receive emails from Homework Online by selecting the appropriate checkbox at time of signup. If the user wishes to change this initial preference, they can do so at anytime by logging into their account, navigating to "Edit Profile" and making the appropriate changes.

5. Account De-Activation Policy
If for whatever reason, a user wishes to de-activate their account and have it removed from our server an email must be sent to ininformation@homework-online.com. Upon verification of the user's identity, all information gathered from that user will be deleted from our server.

6. Update/Correct Policy
If any user information stored on our server is incorrect, users can log in to their account and change it at will by selecting the "Edit Profile" link from the menu in their account area.
